Refund and Return Policy
At Cottonansh , we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items are eligible for return if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Products on sale or purchased during special promotions.
- Customized or personalized items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cottonanshfbd@gmail.com and we will send our person to get it .
How to Initiate a Return
- Fill out our Return Request Form or contact us at support@cottonansh.com with the following details:
- Order Number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for return
- Supporting photos (in case of defects or damage).
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated once we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability). If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate your preference when initiating the return.

- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
